Retainership / management consultancy
Consolidated Company Law and FEMA services on a monthly retainership basis: advice on company-law issues, board and general meetings, administration and management support, and assistance in company policy decisions. Presently retainer services are provided to about 15 companies, including liaison with advocates, solicitors, bankers and financial institutions.
