About us
S Anand SS Rao is a firm of Company Secretaries established by Mr. S. Anand SS Rao, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with a degree in Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Commerce.
Over two decades of experience in government accounts, audit, inspections and inspection reports, and more than a decade in the private sector in commercial accounts and secretarial work. As a Practicing Company Secretary he has over 23 years of experience and managed formation of companies in India and continual compliance, Reconcilation of Share Capital audit, SEBI matters, listing-agreement certificates, taxation and corporate affairs. He has acted as scrutinizer for postal ballot under the listing agreement, handled FDI under automatic and approval routes, foreign trade, corporate finance and winding-up, and drafted and filed petitions with appearance before the Company Law Board.
